Embroidery is the most durable choice for work shirts, jackets and fleece. DTF printing suits full-colour logos and lightweight or technical fabrics. For both, we place the logo clear of reflective tape and required hi-vis areas.
How long does DTF last on workwear?
DTF prints are built for everyday wear and repeated washing when the transfer and pressing are done properly, and every order is checked before it goes into production. Trade clients who wear our DTF workwear every day tell us their prints still look good after a year.
Will the logo cover the reflective tape?
No. Logos are positioned clear of reflective tape and required hi-vis areas, and the exact position is shown on your proof before production. We produce to that approved proof, so the logo sits in the same place on every piece and on later reorders. Many clients tell us the placement is far more accurate than what they received before.
What is the minimum order and how long does it take?
Orders start from 10 pieces per style, and sizes and colours can be mixed. Smaller or mixed-style orders are reviewed case by case and a surcharge may apply. Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval, plus delivery.
