RUSH ORDERS • REQUIRED-DATE REVIEW • BUSINESS APPAREL

Rush orders when the date matters.

Our standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval. If you have a tighter deadline, send the required date, garments, quantities and artwork first. Rush availability is reviewed case by case before the order proceeds.

BEFORE WE CONFIRM THE DATE

What makes a rush order workable.

A rush order is not only about production speed. Stock, artwork, decoration, quantities, approvals and delivery all have to fit the required date.

CHECK 01

Required date first

Tell us when the finished order is genuinely needed so we can work backwards from the deadline rather than promise a date too early.

CHECK 02

Garment stock & quantities

Rush timing depends on the required colours and sizes being available in the quantity you need.

CHECK 03

Artwork readiness

Clean, production-ready artwork and a clear placement brief help remove avoidable artwork delays.

CHECK 04

Decoration complexity

Simple placements and fewer variations are easier to schedule. We review the method and job complexity before confirming rush availability.

IS RUSH REALISTIC?

We confirm the date around the whole order.

The practical answer depends on what is being ordered and what still needs to happen before production.

REVIEW REQUIRED

Many variations or special requirements

Multiple decoration positions, individual names, unusual placements or complex packing can add production steps and need to be reviewed first.

STANDARD TIMING

When the deadline has more flexibility

If the order does not need priority production, our standard 7–10 business day lead time is the safer planning window.

FROM DEADLINE TO PRODUCTION

Start with the date. We’ll check the practical route.

Do not place a time-sensitive order on an assumption. Send us the deadline first and we’ll review the stock, artwork, decoration and delivery requirements together.

1
Send the required date & order brief

Include garment style, colours, size breakdown, quantities, decoration and delivery postcode if known.

2
Stock, artwork & method review

We check availability, artwork readiness, decoration requirements and whether the production steps can fit the deadline.

3
Confirm quote & rush availability

We confirm whether the required date is achievable and any applicable rush charges before the order proceeds.

4
Approve artwork without delay

Final artwork, size and placement need to be approved promptly so production can be scheduled.

5
Production, checking & dispatch

The order is produced to the approved details, checked and prepared for the agreed delivery or collection arrangement.

RUSH ORDER QUESTIONS

Useful answers before you commit to the date.

The safest rush order starts with a realistic review of the whole job, not just the production calendar.

How fast can a rush order be completed?

Rush timing is assessed case by case. Our standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval. A tighter date is only confirmed after we review the actual order.

What helps a rush order move faster?

In-stock garments, a final size breakdown, clean artwork, simple decoration positions and quick artwork approval all reduce avoidable delays.

Can every order be rushed?

No. Stock availability, quantity, decoration method, artwork complexity, individual variations, finishing and delivery requirements can all affect whether a rush order is practical.

Are there additional rush charges?

Additional rush charges may apply when priority scheduling or other special handling is required. Any applicable charge is confirmed with the quote before the order proceeds.

When is the rush date confirmed?

The date is confirmed only after the relevant stock, artwork and production requirements have been reviewed. Please contact us before ordering if the deadline is critical.

Does the quoted production time include delivery?

No. Delivery time is additional unless a specific delivery arrangement has been confirmed as part of the order.
