Size Guide | T-Shirts, Polos, Hoodies & Workwear

Choose the right fit for custom uniforms, logo printing and embroidery. This guide covers general sizing tips, how to measure and fit notes for T-shirts, polos, hoodies and workwear.

For specific garments, always check the size guide on each product page first, as product measurements may vary between brands, styles and suppliers.

How to measure

  1. Chest – measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
  2. Waist – measure around the natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortable, not tight.
  3. Hips – measure around the fullest part of the hips or seat.
  4. Sleeve length – measure from shoulder point to wrist with the arm slightly bent.

Fit notes for custom uniforms

  • Unisex sizing – many workwear and uniform styles use unisex sizing. Female wearers may prefer to size down depending on fit preference.
  • Embroidery allowance – allow a little ease across the chest for comfortable logo placement and movement.
  • Hoodies and jackets – consider sizing up if worn over base layers or work shirts.
  • Workwear – choose a practical fit that allows movement during daily work.

Important sizing note

Size charts are a guide only. The best size may depend on garment style, body shape, fit preference and whether the item will be worn as a uniform, activewear or outer layer. If you are ordering for a team, we recommend checking product-specific measurements before confirming bulk orders.
