Size Guide β T-Shirts, Polos, Hoodies & Workwear (Unisex)
Choose the right fit for DTF printing and embroidery. This guide covers unisex sizing, how to measure, and a quick female reference. For specific garments, always check the Size Guide tab on each product page (product page info takes priority).
How to measure (body)
- Chest β wrap a tape around the fullest part of the chest, under arms, level across shoulder blades. Stand relaxed.
- Waist β measure at the natural waistline (above hips), tape snug but not tight.
- Hips β around the fullest part of your hips/seat, feet together.
- Sleeve (long) β from shoulder tip to wrist bone with arm slightly bent.
Fit notes
- Unisex fit suits most teams. For a closer fit, consider sizing down; for layering or relaxed look, size up.
- Embroidery allowance β allow a little ease across the chest for comfortable logo placement.
- Workwear β if worn over base layers, consider upsizing for movement.
