Artwork resolution & edges
We review the supplied file at the intended print size so soft edges, low resolution or unwanted backgrounds can be caught before production.
DTF printing in Sydney for branded T-shirts, team apparel and business orders. Sharp full-colour detail for gradients, fine graphics and larger artwork, with artwork review and proof supplied before production.
BEFORE WE PRESS
DTF handles colour and detail well, but good results still depend on the artwork, print size, edge quality, garment fabric and placement. Those are checked before the order runs.

We review the supplied file at the intended print size so soft edges, low resolution or unwanted backgrounds can be caught before production.

Gradients, small graphic elements and multiple colours are checked as a complete design, not treated like a one-colour logo.

The garment fabric and construction are considered before the transfer method, temperature and placement are confirmed.

Scale and position are confirmed so a small chest mark or large T-shirt graphic sits where the buyer expects it to.
BUILT FOR T-SHIRTS & TEAM APPAREL
DTF is useful when the artwork needs colour, gradients, fine graphic detail or a larger print area. Placement can be built around the garment and how the team will wear it.

A compact brand mark for staff T-shirts and team apparel.

A clear front-facing placement for logos, event marks and graphic designs.

A strong option when the artwork needs more visual scale and colour.

Useful for staff, event or team identification across the back of a garment.

Adds a secondary brand touch without competing with the main front or back print.

Placement can be discussed around the artwork, garment construction and intended use.
YOUR ARTWORK, OUR RECOMMENDATION
DTF is especially useful for colourful or detailed artwork, but the supplied file, print size and garment still matter. We’ll check the artwork and tell you if another method would give the brand a stronger result.

Gradients, multiple colours, graphic detail and larger artwork are where full-colour printing can be especially useful.

A small or soft source image can look weak when enlarged. We check the supplied artwork at the intended print size first.

For a small premium chest logo on polos, jackets or corporate garments, a stitched finish may suit the brand better.

COMMON ORDER QUESTIONS
A few practical answers for business buyers. Send the artwork and garment details if the job falls outside the usual case.
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal. A clear high-resolution PNG can also work well. If you are unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it at the intended print size.
