BEFORE WE PRESS

The details that make a full-colour print work.

DTF handles colour and detail well, but good results still depend on the artwork, print size, edge quality, garment fabric and placement. Those are checked before the order runs.

CHECK 01

Artwork resolution & edges

We review the supplied file at the intended print size so soft edges, low resolution or unwanted backgrounds can be caught before production.

CHECK 02

Colour & fine detail

Gradients, small graphic elements and multiple colours are checked as a complete design, not treated like a one-colour logo.

CHECK 03

Garment & heat suitability

The garment fabric and construction are considered before the transfer method, temperature and placement are confirmed.

CHECK 04

Size, placement & first result

Scale and position are confirmed so a small chest mark or large T-shirt graphic sits where the buyer expects it to.

YOUR ARTWORK, OUR RECOMMENDATION

Is DTF the right finish for your design?

DTF is especially useful for colourful or detailed artwork, but the supplied file, print size and garment still matter. We’ll check the artwork and tell you if another method would give the brand a stronger result.

GOOD DTF FIT

Great for full colour

Gradients, multiple colours, graphic detail and larger artwork are where full-colour printing can be especially useful.

ARTWORK REVIEW

Low-resolution files need checking

A small or soft source image can look weak when enlarged. We check the supplied artwork at the intended print size first.

COMPARE EMBROIDERY

Sometimes embroidery is stronger

For a small premium chest logo on polos, jackets or corporate garments, a stitched finish may suit the brand better.

COMMON ORDER QUESTIONS

Before you send the quote request.

A few practical answers for business buyers. Send the artwork and garment details if the job falls outside the usual case.

What type of artwork is best for DTF printing?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are ideal. A clear high-resolution PNG can also work well. If you are unsure, send what you have and we’ll review it at the intended print size.

Why use DTF for branded T-shirts?

DTF is useful for full-colour artwork, gradients, fine graphics and larger print areas, so it suits many branded T-shirts, event garments and teamwear designs.

What garments can you print on?

T-shirts, polos, hoodies and many other common team garments can be suitable. Heat-sensitive fabrics or unusual constructions need to be checked before production.

Is printing or embroidery better for my logo?

Printing is often stronger for colourful, detailed or large designs. Embroidery is often better for a premium stitched mark on polos, jackets and corporate garments. We can recommend the method after seeing the logo and garment.

What is the minimum order?

NS PROMO is set up around business and team orders, with most custom garment orders starting from 10 garments. Send the requirement if you are unsure how your order fits.

How long does a standard printed order take?

Standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval. Delivery time is additional. Timing may vary depending on quantity, garment availability and production requirements.
