Colour settings

  • DTF printing: RGB or CMYK files accepted; provide PMS values for brand colours if available
  • Embroidery: Thread colours matched as closely as possible to PMS references
  • Note: on-screen colours vary; final production is based on print/embroidery output

Embroidery artwork (digitising)

  • Vector files (AI/PDF) are best
  • Simplify details; minimum stroke width ~0.5–0.7 mm in real stitches
  • Minimum letter height: 4–5 mm for legibility
  • Gradients/opacity cannot be replicatedβ€”use solid colour steps
  • Common sizes: left chest 70–100 mm wide; cap front ≀60 mm high

Placement & safe areas

  • Avoid seams, zips, and heavy stitch areas
  • Chest logos: usually 7–10 cm below neckline
  • Hoodie pocket prints: leave 2–3 cm clearance above pocket seam

No bleed is required. Provide clean edges at final size, preferably on transparent background.

Can you digitise my logo for embroidery?

Yes. We convert your logo into stitch data and advise on any simplifications for clarity.
