These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the NS PROMO website and to all enquiries, quotes, orders, artwork reviews, custom printing, embroidery, production, delivery and related services provided by NS PROMO.

By using our website, requesting a quote, submitting artwork, approving a mock-up, placing an order or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About NS PROMO

NS PROMO is a Sydney-based custom uniform printing and embroidery studio providing custom apparel, logo printing, embroidery, artwork preparation, bulk uniform support and related services.

2. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including garment type, quantity, sizes, colour, logo placement, artwork complexity, production method, deadline and delivery requirements.

Prices may change if the order details change, including but not limited to quantity, garment style, size range, artwork, logo position, production method, delivery address or turnaround time.

Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote. If no validity period is stated, the quote may be subject to review due to stock availability, supplier pricing, production capacity or other business factors.

3. Orders and payment

An order is not confirmed until NS PROMO has accepted the order and received the required payment or deposit.

For custom orders, production will generally begin only after payment confirmation and artwork or mock-up approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger or bulk orders, a deposit may be required before production, with the balance payable before dispatch, collection or completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Artwork, logos and customer supplied files

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, trademark, image, design, name, slogan or other content supplied to NS PROMO.

By submitting artwork or files to us, you confirm that you have permission to use them for the requested products and services.

NS PROMO is not responsible for any claim, dispute, loss, cost or liability arising from artwork, logos, trademarks or content supplied by the customer.

Artwork supplied in low resolution, poor quality, incorrect format or unsuitable condition may require adjustment, recreation or additional artwork preparation. Additional charges may apply where extra artwork work is required.

5. Mock-ups and approvals

Where a mock-up, proof or design preview is provided, it is intended as a visual guide only. Actual finished products may vary slightly due to garment shape, fabric texture, print method, embroidery thread, screen display, lighting, production process and other practical factors.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all details before approval, including logo, spelling, colours, size, placement, garment style, quantity and any other order details.

Once a mock-up, proof or order detail is approved, NS PROMO may proceed with production. Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

6. Colour, sizing and product variation

Product colours may appear differently depending on screen display, lighting, photography, fabric type, dye batch and production conditions.

Garment measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, fabric properties and garment construction. Size charts are provided as a guide only.

Customers are responsible for selecting suitable garment styles, colours and sizes before placing an order. If exact colour, fit or sizing is critical, we recommend requesting samples or checking product specifications before confirming the order.

7. Custom printing and embroidery

NS PROMO will use reasonable care and skill in providing custom printing, embroidery and related decoration services.

Different decoration methods may produce different results depending on the garment fabric, colour, texture, artwork complexity, logo size and placement.

Embroidery, full-colour printing and other decoration methods may not be suitable for every garment or artwork. We may recommend an alternative method where appropriate, but the final approved order details remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Production timeframes

Production timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing as a guaranteed deadline.

Production may be affected by artwork approval, payment timing, stock availability, supplier delays, order quantity, garment type, production capacity, delivery delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

NS PROMO will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timeframes, but we are not responsible for delays caused by late approval, late payment, incomplete information, unsuitable artwork, courier delays, supplier issues or events beyond our control.

9. Urgent and express orders

Urgent or express production may be available for selected products and suitable artwork, subject to stock availability and production capacity.

Please contact us before placing an urgent order so we can confirm whether the requested timeframe is possible.

Additional charges may apply for urgent or express work.

10. Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible in writing.

Once garments have been ordered, artwork has been prepared, production has started, or custom decoration has been completed, the order may not be able to be changed or cancelled.

Where cancellation is accepted, charges may apply for work already completed, materials ordered, artwork preparation, supplier costs, administration, production time or other costs incurred.

11. Returns and refunds for custom products

Custom printed, embroidered, decorated, altered, specially ordered or personalised products are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, customer supplied artwork issues or approved order details.

This does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos so we can review the matter.

12. Customer supplied garments

Where NS PROMO agrees to decorate customer supplied garments, the customer accepts the risk that the garment may not be suitable for the requested decoration method.

Although we take reasonable care, NS PROMO is not responsible for damage, marking, shrinkage, colour change, heat sensitivity, fabric reaction, stitching issues or decoration failure caused by the condition, quality, composition or suitability of customer supplied garments.

We may decline to decorate customer supplied garments if we believe they are unsuitable.

13. Delivery, pick-up and risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier, destination, order size, public holidays, weather, peak periods and other external factors.

Risk in the goods may pass to the customer once the order has been collected by the customer, handed to a courier or delivered to the nominated address.

Sydney pick-up may be available by appointment from our Thornleigh studio. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm your order status and collection time.

14. Storage and uncollected orders

Customers are responsible for collecting or accepting delivery of completed orders within a reasonable time after notification.

If an order remains uncollected or delivery cannot be completed due to customer delay, incorrect details or lack of response, NS PROMO may charge storage, handling or redelivery fees where reasonable.

15. Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, images, colours, stock availability, pricing, turnaround times and other information may change without notice.

Images and mock-ups on the website are for general reference only. Actual products may vary slightly.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NS PROMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, delay, production interruption or any loss arising from customer supplied artwork, incorrect order details, late approval, delivery delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the remedies available under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where relevant.

17. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If goods or services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law depending on the circumstances.

18. Intellectual property

All website content, text, images, designs, layout, graphics and branding created by or for NS PROMO remain the property of NS PROMO or the relevant rights holder.

Customers must not copy, reproduce or use NS PROMO website content, mock-ups, designs or materials without permission.

Customer supplied logos and artwork remain the property of the customer or the relevant rights holder. NS PROMO may use supplied artwork only for the purpose of providing the requested services, maintaining production records, assisting with repeat orders or where otherwise permitted by the customer.

19. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.
