What is your minimum order?
NS PROMO is primarily set up for business, team and organisation orders. Most product pricing and workflows are built around 10+ garments, with volume pricing for larger quantities.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Embroidery is usually best for polos, corporate shirts, workwear, caps and jackets where a durable stitched finish is wanted. DTF printing is better for detailed full-colour artwork, gradients and larger graphics. We can review the garment and logo before you decide.
What artwork should I send?
Vector AI, EPS or vector PDF artwork is preferred. High-resolution PNG files may be suitable for some printing jobs. Small screenshots or web images are usually not suitable for production-quality enlargement.
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval. Delivery time is additional. Rush orders may be available case by case. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your required date. Additional rush charges may apply.
Can you keep our logo setup for repeat orders?
Approved embroidery files and order information can be retained to make future top-ups easier to match. Repeat orders are still subject to garment availability and confirmation of the current specifications.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. NS PROMO is Sydney-based and completed orders can be delivered Australia-wide.
