Do you have a minimum order?
We can assist with small custom orders and bulk uniform projects. Minimums may depend on the garment, logo method, artwork and production schedule. For the most accurate advice, send us your logo, garment choice and quantity.
Can I combine embroidery and logo printing in one order?
Yes. Many customers combine embroidery and full-colour logo printing in one order, especially for uniforms, polos, jackets, caps and promotional apparel. We can recommend the best method for each garment and logo position.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. NS PROMO is based in Sydney and provides Australia-wide delivery for custom uniforms, workwear and branded apparel orders.
Artwork & Files
What file types do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred for logos. High-resolution PNG, JPG or TIFF files may also be suitable. If you are unsure, send us the best file you have and we will review it.
Do you provide a mock-up before production?
Yes. For most custom orders, we provide a mock-up or artwork confirmation before production begins, so you can review logo placement, size and general appearance.
Can you help if my logo file is not print-ready?
Yes. Our team can review your artwork and advise what is needed. Some files may require clean-up, background removal, vector conversion or adjustment before production.
Turnaround & Delivery
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround depends on the garment, quantity, artwork approval and current production schedule. We will confirm the estimated timeline before your order goes ahead.
Can you do urgent or express orders?
Urgent orders may be possible for selected in-stock garments and suitable artwork. Express service depends on order size, decoration method, approval time and production availability.
Can I pick up in Sydney?
Pick-up may be available from our Thornleigh studio by appointment only. Please confirm with our team before visiting.
Garments & Sizing
Do you accept BYO garments?
BYO garments may be accepted depending on the fabric, garment condition and decoration method. We may require approval before production and cannot take responsibility for manufacturer defects or heat-related damage on supplied garments.
What garments work best for embroidery?
Embroidery works well on polos, shirts, jackets, caps, aprons and selected bags. It is best for clean logos, text and professional uniform branding.
What garments work best for full-colour logo printing?
Full-colour logo printing is suitable for T-shirts, hoodies, polos, hi-vis workwear and selected jackets. It works well for colourful designs, gradients, detailed artwork and larger back prints.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Please check the size guide on each product page first, as measurements can vary by brand and style. For team orders, we recommend confirming sizes carefully before production.

How do I get a quote?
Send us your logo, garment style, quantity, logo placement and required timeline. We will review the details and provide a practical quote based on your order requirements.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is usually required before production begins. For larger or special orders, payment terms may be confirmed with the quotation.
