NS PROMO does not generally receive or store complete payment card numbers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, payment method, transaction reference and the amount paid.

Please do not send complete credit card details by email, contact form or another unsecured communication method.

6. Artwork, logos and uploaded files

Artwork, logos, names, design files and other materials you provide are used to review your request, prepare quotes and mock-ups, produce approved orders, perform quality checks and assist with repeat orders or reprints.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide and use any logo, artwork, trademark, image, design, name or other content submitted to us.

We may retain artwork, mock-ups, approvals and production records for a reasonable period to support repeat orders, quality control, customer service, record keeping and dispute resolution.

We will not publish customer artwork, branded project images, names or confidential order details for promotional purposes without permission or another lawful basis.

7. Shopify, Google and other digital services

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify may process personal information to provide ecommerce hosting, checkout, payment, security, customer account and related services.

We may use the Google & YouTube sales channel, Google Analytics, Google Ads or related Google services. Depending on the services and settings in use, Google may process information about website visits, device activity, product interactions, advertising engagement and completed transactions for analytics, advertising, conversion measurement, fraud prevention and service operation.
