NS PROMO supplies custom uniforms, logo printing, embroidery and related apparel services to customers in Sydney and across Australia.

This Shipping Policy explains how delivery, pick-up and order dispatch are generally handled. Delivery and production timeframes may vary depending on garment availability, artwork approval, order quantity, production method, courier service and destination.

1. Order processing and production

For custom printed, embroidered, decorated or specially ordered products, production will generally begin after payment confirmation and artwork or mock-up approval, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Processing and production timeframes depend on the product, quantity, artwork suitability, decoration method, production schedule and stock availability.

If artwork, logo files, order details or approvals are delayed, this may also delay production and dispatch.

2. Delivery areas

We deliver orders across Australia using suitable courier, freight or postal services depending on the order size, destination and delivery requirements.

Delivery options and charges may vary depending on the delivery address, package size, weight, order value and selected service.

3. Sydney pick-up by appointment

Pick-up may be available from our Thornleigh studio by appointment only.

4. Delivery timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly confirmed in writing as a guaranteed delivery date.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, peak periods, weather events, incorrect delivery details, remote locations, stock delays, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For custom orders, the delivery timeframe is separate from the production timeframe. Please allow time for both production and delivery when planning for events, staff uniforms, campaigns or deadlines.

5. Urgent and express orders

Urgent or express production may be available for selected in-stock garments and suitable artwork, subject to production capacity and delivery options.

Please contact us before placing an urgent order so we can confirm whether your requested timeframe is possible.

Additional charges may apply for urgent production, express handling or faster delivery services.

6. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout, included in your quote or confirmed before your order is finalised.

For bulk, large, heavy or multi-carton orders, freight charges may need to be calculated separately based on the final order size, weight and destination.

7. Delivery address and authority to leave

Please ensure your delivery address, contact name, phone number and delivery instructions are correct before confirming your order.

NS PROMO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, redelivery fees or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or unsafe delivery details provided by the customer.

If you provide authority to leave or request that an order be left unattended, you accept the risk of loss, theft or damage after the courier records the item as delivered.

8. Tracking and delivery updates

Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided after dispatch.

Tracking updates are managed by the relevant courier, freight or postal provider. Delivery scans and estimated delivery times may change during transit.

9. Delays, lost parcels or delivery issues

If your order appears delayed, lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information and assist with the courier or delivery provider where appropriate.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery issues. However, courier and freight delays may be outside our direct control.

If we are unable to supply goods or services within the agreed or a reasonable time, we will review the matter in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.

10. Damaged items in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged item.

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as the courier or freight provider may require it for assessment.

11. Split deliveries

Some orders may be sent in more than one parcel or shipment, depending on product availability, order size, production timing or freight requirements.

We will let you know where practical if your order is expected to be split into multiple deliveries.

12. International shipping

NS PROMO primarily supplies customers within Australia.

If international delivery is requested, please contact us before placing an order. International shipping, customs duties, taxes, import charges and delivery timeframes must be confirmed separately where applicable.

13. Uncollected or undeliverable orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery or lack of customer response, additional redelivery, storage or handling fees may apply where reasonable.

Customers are responsible for collecting or accepting delivery of completed orders within a reasonable time after notification.
