Both work. Embroidery gives a durable left-chest logo, and DTF printing suits full-colour artwork. We confirm the method after checking the fabric and your logo, and show the exact position on the proof.
Which decoration works best on a polo shirt?
Embroidery is the most popular choice for polos. It handles daily wear and washing, gives a professional finish and is done in-house. DTF printing suits full-colour logos and small runs. Screen printing suits larger runs from about 100 pieces with simple 1 to 2 colour artwork.
Is there a setup cost for an embroidered logo?
Embroidery needs a one-off digitising setup, from $70 + GST per logo per size. The approved file is kept for future reorders.
How do you make sure the logo is in the right place?
Every order starts with a proof that shows the logo size and its exact position on the garment. We produce to that approved proof, so the logo sits in the same place on every piece and on later reorders. Many clients tell us the placement is far more accurate than what they received before.
What is the minimum order and how long does it take?
Orders start from 10 pieces per style, and sizes and colours can be mixed. Smaller or mixed-style orders are reviewed case by case and a surcharge may apply. Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval, plus delivery.
