Embroidery suits a chest logo and long-term wear. DTF or screen printing suits larger front or back designs, with screen printing the best value from about 100 pieces. Puffer jackets, vests and technical fabrics are checked before production so we can choose the right backing and setup.
How long does a DTF print last?
DTF prints are built for everyday wear and repeated washing when the transfer and pressing are done properly, and every order is checked before it goes into production. Trade clients who wear our DTF workwear every day tell us their prints still look good after a year.
How do you make sure the logo is in the right place?
Every order starts with a proof that shows the logo size and its exact position on the garment. We produce to that approved proof, so the logo sits in the same place on every piece and on later reorders. Many clients tell us the placement is far more accurate than what they received before.
What is the minimum order and how long does it take?
Orders start from 10 pieces per style, and sizes and colours can be mixed. Smaller or mixed-style orders are reviewed case by case and a surcharge may apply. Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval, plus delivery.
