DTF printing suits full-colour logos and small or mixed runs. Screen printing is the best value from about 100 pieces, usually with 1 to 2 colours, and more colours are available. Embroidery suits a small chest logo on heavier tees, and Supacolour transfers suit fine, detailed artwork. We recommend the method after reviewing your logo.
How long does a DTF print last?
DTF prints are built for everyday wear and repeated washing when the transfer and pressing are done properly, and every order is checked before it goes into production. Trade clients who wear our DTF workwear every day tell us their prints still look good after a year.
How do you make sure the logo is in the right place?
Every order starts with a proof that shows the logo size and its exact position on the garment. We produce to that approved proof, so the logo sits in the same place on every piece and on later reorders. Many clients tell us the placement is far more accurate than what they received before.
What is the minimum order and how long does it take?
Orders start from 10 pieces per style, and sizes and colours can be mixed. Smaller or mixed-style orders are reviewed case by case and a surcharge may apply. Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval, plus delivery.
