Embroidery is the standard for caps and gives a durable, premium finish on the front panel. DTF and Supacolour transfers suit full-colour or very detailed artwork on suitable caps. Very fine details may need small adjustments for stitching, which we show on the proof.
Can you add a logo to the side or back?
Yes. The front panel is the main position, and the left side, right side and back can carry a second logo, slogan or web address.
How do you make sure the logo is in the right place?
Every order starts with a proof that shows the logo size and its exact position on the garment. We produce to that approved proof, so the logo sits in the same place on every piece and on later reorders. Many clients tell us the placement is far more accurate than what they received before.
What is the minimum order and how long does it take?
Orders start from 10 pieces per style, and sizes and colours can be mixed. Smaller or mixed-style orders are reviewed case by case and a surcharge may apply. Standard production is 7 to 10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval, plus delivery.
