How to Order Custom Polo Shirts for Staff & Teams
Custom polos are a practical choice for business uniforms, clubs and teams. NS PROMO primarily supports coordinated orders of 10+ garments and repeat uniform requirements.
1. Choose the polo
Compare fabric, fit, colour, size range and intended use. Product-specific size charts should take priority when collecting staff sizes.
2. Send quantities and artwork
Provide your size breakdown, logo file, preferred decoration position and required date.
3. Confirm the decoration method
Embroidery is the lead option for many business polos. DTF or other print methods may suit artwork that needs more colour or detail. We can recommend the method after reviewing the garment and logo.
4. Review the quote and proof
Confirm garment pricing, decoration, setup charges where applicable, freight and the digital artwork proof before production.
5. Production and delivery
Standard production lead time is 7–10 business days from cleared payment, stock confirmation and artwork approval. Delivery time is additional. Rush orders may be available case by case.
